Appointment cancelation policy: Fresh Start MedSpa requires 24hr notice to cancel a service without being charged.

 

Refund policy: Requests for a refund are accepted in email form to customerservice@freshstartmedspa.com within 24 hours of the deposit. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.  A refund is issued to you upon review of reasoning by Vice President.
